Can a minor have an ESA consultation?

We can work with minors, but the legal guardian must be present during the phone call or we must receive consent from a guardian in order to evaluate a minor.
Here's what you can expect from the process:

Start by filling out the quiz and choosing a time and date for the appointment
Once you make the purchase and access your portal there will be an additional form for you to complete with the minor's information.
Once those are completed your therapist will be able to call you at the scheduled time.
After the consultation and if approved, the therapist will upload the letter to your portal within 24-48 hours after your consultation.
