I purchased my ESA letter somewhere else, can I renew it with Pettable?

The Renewal package is specifically tailored for customers who have previously obtained an ESA letter from us. However, if you have obtained your ESA letter from another provider, don't worry! You can still get a new ESA with Pettable by choosing our regular ESA package.
